• Driver/Car Annual Registration – $75.00 (includes one driver, any additional drivers for that car will also need to be registered)
• Reserved Pit Spot Parking – $75.00 (additional $50.00 for haulers over 70') - vehicle must be registered BEFORE pit stall can be purchased!
• Race Night Pit Pass – $35 (Does NOT include special events)
• Race Car/Truck Entry Fee - $20 per race night (pre-pay online at raceCBS.com and you don't have to stand in line if your w-9 is on file)

1099 Electronic Notice
If you received more than $600 from Cotton Bowl Speedway:

You must display the following information to the recipient before you obtain consent:
• We will be requesting your consent to furnish 1099 forms electronically, but you are not obligated to give us your consent.
• If you do not consent to receive the statement electronically, a paper copy will be provided.
• The consent you provide to us will remain in our records for every year the statement is furnished to you.
• If you have given us your consent, but still want a paper copy, please contact Rebecca Cooper CPA via email at rebeccacoopercpa@gmail.com , and copy manpromo@aol.com before January 31 and she will mail the paper form to you.
• The consent may be withdrawn at any time by furnishing the withdrawal in writing (electronically or on paper), send electronic withdrawal to rebeccacoopercpa@gmail.com and copy manpromo@aol.com. We will send you an email confirming the withdrawal
• You can access your statements soon after your consent, until October 15 of the year the form was issued to you. After that date you will need to contact Rebecca Cooper CPA , rebeccacoopercpa@gmail.com and copy manpromo@aol.com
• If you find that your information on the statement is not correct please contact Rebecca Cooper CPA, rebeccacoopercpa@gmail.com, and copy manpromo@aol.com

Any car competing at Cotton Bowl Speedway is required to have a functioning Westhold compatible transponder on their car. If you do not have one, or your transponder not functioning - you will NOT be scored.

If you have not purchased a transponder, rentals are available at the track at the registration window for $10 per night.

In order for your transponder to function correctly it must be properly mounted, free from obstructions, facing correctly, battery charged or if hard-wired power supplied correctly, and in the proper mounting location.

SILVER LABEL MUST BE POINTED AT GROUND FOR IT TO READ CORRECTLY. (This applies to both hardwired and rechargeable). THERE SHOULD BE NO METAL OR CARBON FIBER BETWEEN TRANSPONDER AND GROUND.

Raceceiver must be on and functional for any car on track at any time!
