Delay in opening date
More rain has created more delays in construction, We will have some play days before we open. Will let everyone know when. Can not set a date as of now, we are working as fast as possible to get finished, but we only so much control. Track looks great and wall is up on straight-aways. Grand stands are coming along. We would like to announce that Cotton Bowl Speedway will not open on March 31 for the 2012 season. With all of the weather delays we are setting a new opening date, May 26, 2012. If we get the track ready before that date we will announce it on our web site. We have done our best to be ready but we can’t control the weather. We are looking forward to the start of 2012 season and we are going to have a top notch track and facilities for racers and fans.CONTINGENCY CONNECTION
